Riverfront Liquor License

The Elkhart Municipal Riverfront Development Area designation permits a three-way liquor license to be obtained by a restaurant located within the redevelopment district through Indiana’s Alcohol Beverage Commission without regard to any permit quotas as required by Indiana Code. The Riverfront Development Area (see map at right) mirrors the Arts and Entertainment District.
